This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *working directly with Director People Operations to define and execute the implementation plan for People Operations*.

Role Description:

Our client are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the transformation of the People Operations team. This role involves working directly with Director People Operations to define and execute the implementation plan for People Operations. The individual will be responsible for aligning with senior stakeholders across the People Department to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation plan for People Operations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with People Department objectives.
- Drive harmonization of policies, standardization of processes, and optimization of capabilities.
- Utilize technology to enhance employee and manager self-service functions. 

Key Skills and Experience Required: 

- Proven experience in leading large-scale organizational change programs.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
- Strong management and leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in influencing and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in operations management, HR advisory, payroll, and people systems (e.g., ServiceNow and Workday).
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in processes.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant working experience.
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
